Ongoing individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes and the private pay rate is $175 per session.

If you’re using a different insurance provider, I’m considered an out-of-network provider — but here’s the good news: you won’t have to deal with the paperwork. My biller can submit a superbill on your behalf, so you don’t have to track receipts or file claims yourself. All we need is a heads-up in advance or at the time of your session. Just check with your insurance to confirm your out-of-network benefits and any steps they require – we’ll handle the rest.
